OVParent

The Wheeling Arts and Culture Commission is collaborating with Oglebay Institute, for the second year, and the valley's local musicians to offer the music line up for this year's annual Oglebayfest to be held from Friday through Sunday, Oct. 7-9.

Erika Donaghy, commission chair, said: "We are excited to be collaborating with local musicians and the Oglebayfest with the help of the Elizabeth Stifel Kline Foundation. Any time we can bring solid community programming and support the arts we have accomplished another step toward truly fulfilling our role as a Certified Arts Community."

This year's lineup includes an eclectic mix of genres ranging from blues and rock all the way to the modern pop covers rendered by Hit Play. The concerts will be held in the Phil Maxwell Artists' and Gourmet Market which is located in the Mansion Woods behind the Mansion Museum.
