Young Life Consigment Sale Benefits Kids

March 31, 2016

Young Life is sponsoring its first ever Kids and Maternity Consignment Sale with the triple purpose of helping parents make money from their accumulated maternity clothing, kids clothing, toys and gear; giving other parents the opportunity to purchase those items at a low price; and helping local students earn money for summer camp.

The sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Covenant Community Church (C3), 250 Bethany Pike, Wheeling. Items will be discounted 50 percent from 3-5 p.m. Saturday.

Sellers will receive 70 percent of the sale price of the items, while 30 percent of the sale price will be distributed among the Young Life members working the sale. The money will go toward the cost of attending Young Life camp in Rockbridge, Va.
