Baby Bjorn bib

The Baby Bjorn bib is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The pocket is a great food catcher unlike other bibs that don't stay open at the pocket. The coverage is excellent. This bib has saved many outfits! It may take a little getting used to due to it being a little stiffer than traditional bibs, but it's so worth it. I can't talk it up enough. Not to mention it's funny to watch Lily fish out the food that landed in the pocket once she's already cleared her plate. Two thumbs up on this bib, for sure!

Fisher-Price Rock 'n Play

This is a must-have for a newborn. It does not take up as much space as a swing; it's inclined and kind of hugs them more than a crib or Pack 'n Play; it folds up and is easy to move from room to room; it rocks back and forth; seems comfy; and it's pretty. She hangs out in it and sleeps in it during the day, keeping her close to me and safe. You are only to use them until they start sitting up (we are not there yet), but I already feel I have gotten my money's worth and plan on reselling it when we're done with it.

Ergo baby carrier

The Ergo baby carrier is, by far, my favorite baby item. We purchased ours almost six years ago as a practical item for city living when we used public transportation frequently, and it has proven its worth far beyond that purpose! I love that it keeps babies and toddlers who love to be held close while also still keeping my hands free, so I can cook dinner or complete a project with my older child while still holding the baby. I love how easy it makes outings with three children, keeping my hands free for my older two. Even walking through a parking lot is so much easier! Our Ergo has been in constant use since we purchased it, as a front carrier for our littlest to longer hikes with a 4-year-old. Some of the best money we have spent!

mimijumi Very Hungry bottle

I love it! As a full-time working mom, I love the simplicity of the mimijumi and definitlely love the few amount of parts that need to be washed at the end of long work day. A Dr. Browns bottle, which my 6-month-old uses now, has six parts, all of which need to be washed. The mimijumi consists of just four parts, only three of which need to be washed. The really great thing about it is that it actually looks like a breast! I've seen and tried several bottles that claim to be "more breast-like" and none of them actually looked like a breast like the mimijumi does.

Swaddleme

Ella uses the swaddleme because she has a strong startle reflex, which is common in young babies. They can suddenly startle and wake themselves if they are not wrapped with their arms and legs secure. It's like recreating the womb feeling, being warm and securely held. She outgrew the first size and I got the next size up because she sleeps so well in it at night. I'd stick with the cotton ones because the fleece ones could get too hot and increase the SIDS risk.
